1. Data controller

T.K.M. Aquatic ("the Company") is the data controller for personal data collected through tkmaquatic.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

2. Data we collect

We only collect what you enter in the quote request form: contact name, organization/company, phone number, email, LINE ID, installation province, type of water body, required timeline and any additional message.

We also store the values you entered in the pontoon calculator (raft type, size, number of people, equipment weight) and the results, the submission time, and a one-way hash of your IP address (which cannot be reversed to the real IP) to prevent spam.

Using the calculator without submitting the form stores no data about you.

3. Purpose of use

We use your data only to contact you and prepare a quotation, and to email you a summary of your calculation (if you provide an email address).

We will not use your data for other marketing, sell it, or disclose it to third parties for any other purpose. If we ever wish to use it for another purpose, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (preparing a quotation).

5. Retention period

We keep your data for 2 years from the date you submit the form. When that period ends, the system deletes it automatically. You may ask us to delete it sooner (see section 8).

6. Service providers

We use external service providers to run the website, who process data only on our instructions: Supabase (database, servers located in Japan), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). These providers apply internationally recognised security measures.

Your data may therefore be stored on or transferred to servers outside Thailand, which the Company does with appropriate safeguards as required by law.

7. Security

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database restricted to authorised staff who must log in.

8. Your rights

You have the legal right to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted or destroyed, restrict its use, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out).

If you believe the Company has not complied with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies are used for the Company staff login system.
